What are your hours?

Kraken Sports Cards customer service is online Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm PST.

The Kraken Sports Cards storefront  is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on most of our items. However, there are a couple of products that we will not accept returns on, such as card singles, opened accessories, or opened cards and booster packs!

Where are you located?

We are located at 114 SW 3rd St. in downtown Corvallis, Oregon - our home!

Can I order my items online and pick them up in-store?

Yes! We are currently working on an in-store pickup option, which should be coming out sometime soon. Be sure to check our announcements for when this becomes available! However, in the meantime you can shop online and have it shipped to you or, if you’re in the area, you’re more than welcome to visit the storefront and shop there! Our hours are currently Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am PST to 6:00 pm PST (hours/days subject to change).
